generating various amounts of wastewater. The clarifiers used in these systems utilize slant plates which offer increased counter-current
surface area, consistent laminar flow, and a compact, space saving design. An integrated flocculation tank further enhances the compact
design and improves performance by reducing "blow thru". All systems are designed to meet existing local and U.S. EPA guidelines.
The KOMPRESOR™ Series Filter Presses provide efficient, reliable, cost effective sludge dewatering in 470 MM, 630 MM and 800 MM sizes. Benefits include:
No Precoating - gasketed filter presses require no precoating, thus minimizing operator time, chemical costs, and sludge volume.
High Solid Filter Cakes - filter presses produce filter cakes with 35-50% solid content, thus resulting in lower volume and the cakes are prepared to be disposed as sludge residue The KOMPRESOR™ EXP SERIES allows for doubling the sludge holding capacity (via spacer) of the filter press and is an excellent option for customers who anticipate a need for increased capacity The KOMPRESOR™ HB SERIES raises the filter press to enable convenient use of cubic yard bags or boxes for easy sludge disposal.
